  • add in when its already been processed and a date change or some other change was done send to the plant to be able to also manually update in tms.
  • add in an option to use auto tender or confirmation tender
    • auto tender will be by time
    • confirmation tender will be by confirming in dm

both options will be able to be setup similar to how we have opendock

If opendock is active, monitor the releases. A new tag will be introduced to be send to tms. Also this will no monitor the websocket part incase its flagged here.

But we will monitor the releases as well to look for tms. When tms is in a1 it will auto send to tms. This could over ride the time setting as well.

Also this will be part of the customer link stuff.
