New ocp layout.

Select only pritners to be shown, as apl printers are basically lines.

Lot card, printer status, label ratio, label logs, error logs,

Dayton rfid retry button, shows current scanned, and also will now show a graph of errors for the last time range.

In the rfid card add in current status so users know if its reading or failing, also add filter option and save to local storage
