Summary

when a new user gets a scanner the command is nothing so when they try to scan something it errors.

Steps To Reproduce

  1. login
  2. scan a pallet
  3. returns error

Expected Behavior

What should have happened? scan happen happens with no error

Actual Behavior

What actually happened instead? error occurs and confusing

Severity

  • Low
  • Medium
  • High
  • Critical

Environment

  • Zebra Scanner
  • Mobile Device
