Existing Feature

What current feature or workflow is being improved?

When making an adjustment and it exceeds the 5% we will send a notification out like normal.

Example:

Proposed Improvement

Allow managers or anyone to subscribe to this as a notification as well.

This notification will ignore the timer so a new rule will be added saying its here but just ignore it and we only use it for subscription based.

Then inside the 5% alert do the sub checks for subbed and emails to send along side it.

Expected Benefit

Why would this improvement help? More visibility into issues
