we want to introduce a default truck type that could be either drop or live, when its a drop trailer and the team scans it will auto be put into progress to keep managed in OD, and carriers and team could see there trucks done and we could also do the task for sending ytd stuff

on top of the default dock type that was added. i also added in a tier setup.

in this order we check each thing and stop if it passes first release > av setup > default this gives us more control over how the trucks releases are shown in opendock.

When using adding things in the release section please take note to add live or drop in additional section 1.

for the av setup use lst to add a new av + customer combo with its default loadtype, and dock

and lasty if none of the above are set we will use drop or live this will be depending on the bulk amount of loads done in he plant.

IE: if the plant dose 75% live load the default would be live.

changes added to account for default docks. still need to work on the default load type.

we will validate the dock to the load type before allowing it. break out faction as this thing is getting crazy long
